we can’t send downlinks to our devices, using chirpstack queue, it ignores it, anybody have some clue how to fix it? We using packet forwarder. Chirpstack on docker.

In Class A, the downlinks are sent only after an uplink from the end device.
Please set the syslog level to DEBUG, open the live syslog in the WisGateOS UI, schedule a downlink from the ChirpStack, and trigger an uplink from the device.
Please share the logged data.
Class A device receiver are only active after it transmitted.
Other wise you need to change to a Class C device, then your device is going to be power hungry, and you will not get a very long battery life
