RAK7268CV2: Private LTE network in Brazil

Issue:I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding a RAK7268CV2 gateway we are deploying in Brazil. Our goal is to connect the device to a private LTE network (APN, username/password, PAP authentication, IPv4). Although our EC25 LTE module works properly on public LTE networks in Brazil, we have encountered challenges with the private LTE setup. LoRaWAN Connection fully operational on the RAK7268CV2

For clarity, the details below (items 1 to 5) refer to the private LTE gateway itself—not the RAK7268CV2:

1- APN: “tst.name-client.claro.com.br” USER: “553198218XXXX” PASS: “XXXX0531370002XXXXXX” PROTOCOL: “IPv4” AUTH:“PAP”.
2- Network Mode: 5G/LTE (5GSA > 5GNSA > LTE), IP Mode set to Dual Stack (IPv4/IPv6).
3- Data Mode: Data-centric with MTU set to 1500.
4- PLMN: 72405 (CLARO) / 72400 (Private network).
5- Supported Bands: B1 (2100 MHz), B3 (1800 MHz – private), B7 (2600 MHz), B28 (700 MHz), B40 (2300 MHz).

Setup: Private LTE Gateway + RAK7268CV2
