I can see the WLAN LED is off, even with the gateway connected to the WiFi and operating.
According to the documentation it should be on.
STA Mode: ON - Connected.
Firmware is on the latest version of WisGateOS 2. The LED is not damaged, it lights up during initial setup.
Is it normal?

You are using version 2.2.0 for the firmware, right?
Upgrade to version 2.2.1: https://downloads.rakwireless.com/LoRa/WisGateOS2/WisGateOS2_Latest_Firmware.zip
There are fixes.

It was 2.2.0. I updated to 2.2.1 and no changes in the WLAN Led, still off.

Make a factory reset of the gateway and it should be ok.
If the problem still appears after the reset I would need you to send settings backup, and logs(reboot, let the gateway work for about 10 minutes, reboot again, and then download the logs). If that is the case you can contact us at [email protected]
