Rak7289v2 cellular data

I have a rak7289v2 which has a sim card inserted, im not sure why it shows “no internet”. I checked at the Wisgate OS, it shows that the cellular data sim card is detected

Can you provide more details?

Where do you get the “no internet” message?

Confirm that the APN is provided in the cellular settings of the gateway, and that the Cellular is with first priority in the Network Settings.

You can check the connectivity from the Diagnostic menu and ping 8.8.8.8, for example.
