We are currently experiencing an issue with the RAK7431 where the RX2 window does not support the frequency 869525000. We’ve tried various approaches to resolve this, but it seems like this specific frequency is not being recognized or accepted.
Additionally, even attempting to manually configure the frequency to 869525000 has not been successful. We are using EU868 frequency plan.
Is this a known limitation or “bug” with the RAK7431, or is there perhaps a workaround that we could try? Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

Is there a specific command (e.g., at+set_config=lora:rx2) required to configure the RX2 frequency and data rate explicitly? If so, could you provide the exact syntax?
Are there additional firmware settings or debugging steps I should try to enable the RX2 receive window properly?
Should I consider performing a factory reset and reconfiguring the device to ensure no residual settings are causing conflicts?
