RAK7431 RX2 Window Frequency

Hello everyone,

We are currently experiencing an issue with the RAK7431 where the RX2 window does not support the frequency 869525000. We’ve tried various approaches to resolve this, but it seems like this specific frequency is not being recognized or accepted.

Additionally, even attempting to manually configure the frequency to 869525000 has not been successful. We are using EU868 frequency plan.

Is this a known limitation or “bug” with the RAK7431, or is there perhaps a workaround that we could try? Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

Also what commands did you se to configure the frequesncy manually?

Hi,
I’m using the latest firmware version 1.1.0069_Release.

The commands I used to configure the frequency manually are:
at+addchannel=868700000:DR0:DR5
at+addchannel=869525000:DR0:DR0

I received an “OK” response from the RAK7431 for both commands, but it doesn’t seem to listen on the 869525000 RX2 receive window either.
