When I send code via USB to TTL (or remove the controller from Arduino) So it’s working, or I am trying with the Arduino
no rak811 library it’s not working any responce coming.

Which version of the firmware you using? Did you check this https://github.com/RAKWireless/WisNode-Arduino-Library
Please update with the latest firmware. And use the lib from the repo.
