RAK811 LoRa point to multipoint comunication

Hello,

Please, advise, if point to multi-point communication (using Lora only without LoraWAN stack) can be done with RAK811 module? Didn’t find exact answer neither in documentation, nor in Google.
I need one module be master who sending commands to multiple slave modules.
I’ve found this example for Arduino+Lora module, processing broadcast logic at app side:

Can it be done with RAK811?
Can it be done using integrated STM32 MCU for app logic instead of using external MCU like Arduino?
