My Wisdunio RAK811 fails to communicate with PC over USART (Windows11 x64). The serial port is recognized and connectable in RAK_SERIAL_PORT_TOOL_V1.2.1. When I send AT commands like AT+VERSION at 115200 bps, there is no response from the module. Is this issue related to wrong onboard jumper configuration? Need your help, thanks.
