Rak811breakout cann't activation

Rak811breakout has firmware v3.0.0.12l (cn470) installed and is powered by a chirpstack lorawan server (which connects gateway RAK7243 to the RAK 7205LoRa outdoor tracker node and runs well).Activation in otaa mode failed.The activation of specific performance is chirpstack lorawan server interface activation label produced dev_addr, apps_key nwks_key, but apps_key value is “00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00”.The uplink and downlink show data exchange, but rak 811 node activation has no response.

1.Can you provide the version number of the gateway firmware?
2.Does this problem often occur?
3.When the problem recurs, can you compress /var/log/syslog and send it to me?
