RAK815 the serial port not open

I recently bought a RAK815 node, which will automatically update the driver program through the device manager after it is connected to the computer.It is com3 in the port and appears to be in good working order.But in the official debugging serial port tool to open the serial port to send commands, but no data return;The serial debugging assistant in Win10 store shows that the serial port is not opened.How to solve this problem

I got the impression that this device is all about the BlueTooth - firmware upload & LoRa config.

All you can get from the USB port is debug info. It may be worth to explicitly install the USB-Serial driver:
