RAK8213 (BG96) stops responding

I are using RAK8213 to develop low power consumption measuring equipment.
Currently, we are conducting final evaluation tests using five RAK8213s, but there are technically unknown problems.
So I would like to ask if there is a similar problem.
However, we think that it is not a problem of RAK8213 but a problem of BG96.

The trouble that has occurred is the phenomenon that no response is returned when the RAK8213 sends any AT command.
If this problem occurs, the response from RAK8213 will not be returned even if you change the status of DCD by setting PRSET to LOW.
In order to recover from this condition, the power of RAK8213 must be turned OFF-> ON.
In addition, the probability of this trouble occurring is low.

we checked with Quectel, maybe you should upgrade to new firmware to fix that issue. We will try to provide the latest firmware by tomorrow.
