RAK831 TX power

Hi I want to increase tx power of RAK831, I found this document which seems to be the indicated for this case but I don’t understand how to do it. Could you help me?

the best way is using RAK2245 PI hat which tx power is 27dbm. The RAK831 before is 25dbm around
