In our case, the LoRa gateways (especially outdoor version) may be installed in remote areas or high towers where it is very difficult to service them. Additionally, they may be behind firewalls, so it may be impossible to remotely log into their IP address if they need to be debugged or updated with new configuration or firmware.
Could you add “reverse SSH” capability to the gateways (or something similar), so they can can be serviced remotely and securely?
