Hi everyone, I have two RAK2171 with dead batteries. Solid red light and not changing, regardless of how long on charge.
Where can I find replacement batteries? Doesn’t seem to be anything listed on the store.

Yeah doesn’t seem to be possible, there was a firmware issue with the earlier release. Contact support.
