Reset a RAK V2 Helium Miner

Can someone tell me how I can reset a RAK V2 and start from scratch? I tried onboarding a new RAK to the Network on Monday right when the network issues started happening. It’s stuck now and I can’t get it online.

There is no such thing as reset, it should pick up once the network came back. Try onboarding it again the same way you did before.

To reset your RAK V2, press and hold the reset button for 10–15 seconds until the LED blinks. Then, re-onboard it using the Helium app. If it’s still stuck, try re-flashing the firmware or contact RAK support.

Not sure if this thread is still open, but I just moved and I’m trying to reassert my Rak V2 miner. I go to the Helium app and then send me to the Helium Wallet and I get stuck at this point.
