I am looking for a RS232 serial module and I have only seen the RS485 one.
Is the RAK10700 having a usable UART more than the USB?

How many RS232 modules do you need? For decent volumes (50 - 100) we can do a custom module for you.
Otherwise, the RAK10700 is using the RAK19007 Base Board. You have an UART (3.3V level) exposed on the pin headers:
