It seem that RUI3 API doesn’t support BLE central mode. Is RAKwireless have a plan to support it in the future ?

Central is not supported at the moment and I am not aware of plans to add it.
Alternative could be to switch to the Arduino BSP, as far as I know the nRF52 BSP supports central, but I never used it.
