Issue: Storage of End-Node Data Not Available when internet is unavailable

Details: How to Have the Storage of the Data of End-nodes when the Internet Outage occurs, at presently I dont see any Such Feature in RAK7249, when the Internet is unavailable, I dont see at all the data at WebUI of RAK7249 Gateway.
