Tmobile sim not working on 7258

I have a 7258 gateway NA model with a sim card

Im trying to connect with a T-Mobile data sim (that i have tried before on a hotspot).

it dosnt seem to connect. i have tried with the APN from t mobile and without (on the hotspot it connects without any apn)

i have tried a hologram sim card too and the same problem.

im in the USA now, before i have tried a sim from israel in israel and that worked fine.

what can be for issue?

Can you please export some of the logs so we have something to look at to possible points us at the right direction?
You can get the log from Status → System Log
