Hello, I’m using a rak4631 with 5005 and 19007 boards and I can’t find any information about turning off the RED LED. I want to power my board with 3x AA through the solar slot, and my device needs a low current draw. That’s why I want to turn off the RED LED, but I only found information about it being able to go off when the device is charged. Is it possible to turn it off in code?

You cannot control the red LED. The red LED is connected and controlled by the battery charger chip. It shows the battery charging status.
If you do not use batteries, it will be always on and sometimes flicker.
Only option to switch off the red LED is to disconnect it from the charger chip:
