Unable to join OTAA

Hello all,

I have a problem to join OTAA during my setup on RAK serial port. I have entered the app key Dev EUI , app EUI, and App key but still cannot join the OTAA.

AT command used:
at+dev_eui=60C5A8FFFE6D0243
at+app_eui=00137A1000000000
at+app_key=5A6967426565416C6C69616E63653039
at+join_mode=otaa
at+region=AS923

Hello, I found from your screenshot that you used the AT command to write three parameters, but when you found in the join that app_eui and app_key were not changed successfully, could you please tell me the version number and product model you used?

@Nicholas I used Lora Tracker RAK5205 and gateway RAK7258.

The version you are using is a long time ago. It is recommended that you change the latest version and then configure the same parameters as TTN to connect.
Note: BootLoader and firmware need to be upgraded
