Hello, I need help onboarding my RAK hotspot (model: RAK7248).
Miner name: SkinnyRubyBear
Wallet: Helium Wallet (0.149 SOL balance)
Error: When attempting onboarding in the Helium Wallet app I receive
“Something went wrong [object Object].”
On Solana Explorer the transaction shows: “Program Error: Instruction #3 Failed.”
The hotspot does not appear on Helium Explorer when searched.
Could you please check if my hotspot is properly registered in the Onboarding Server,
and let me know the steps to complete onboarding?
