Hei @EGmbed ,

Welcome to the forum.
This is a guide for the RAK2287, however the portion about burning the firmware to the card is the same:
https://docs.rakwireless.com/Product-Categories/WisLink/RAK2287/Quickstart/#what-do-you-need

The firmware itself can be downloaded here:
https://downloads.rakwireless.com/LoRa/RAK2245-Pi-HAT/Firmware/

Try to go through the tutorial and if you run into issues let us know.

Thanks Hobo,

I downloaded and installed RAK7244_4.2.6_20210108.

Now, I need to make it work with our existing system and for that I need to run the RAK 7243 we are using as our system GW (forwarder) and get as much as log\trace messages from it as I can in order to get a full understanding of the various messages that are exchanged between the edge devices and the server.

Can you please help me to understand how I can do it?

Thanks,

Eyal

Hei @EGmbed ,

The gateway working as a packet forwarder does not have a log of the messages that are exchanged at the server it sees the RAW LoRa frames and forwards them to the server. If this is sufficient than you can observe it.
Here is a guide for the RAK7243 and how to configure it.
Alternately you can view the logs also in the Server’s Gateway portion which will also show the RAW frames.
