please help explain for me why we need many gateway (>= 2) when deploy? I think it’ll reduce lost package, right?
Semtech FAE recommence that. I also see in architecture of lorawan.
But I found that: 1 node only join and send to 1 gateway? is it correctly? Then many gateway is useless?

No, that is incorrect.
Nodes do not join gateways at all.
Nodes join network servers.
Gateways merely provide paths from multiple physical locations to the network server.
A LoRaWAN server will evaluate signal reports from all gateways, and use the closest (strongest receive signal) with available airtime budget to send any needed reply.
Same way you need more than one GSM tower - it’s about coverage
