I have a problem where the E-ink Display does not show updates, but rather remains at the same numbers when turned on for the first time. Also, the time does not change except when the button is pressed, and the reading numbers remain the same.

Is your RAK10702 connected to a LoRaWAN server?
Did you setup the send interval to transmit data to the LoRaWAN server?
Did you go through our Quick Start to setup the device?
If you push the button 4 times, you get an overview screen.
What does the entries Send Interval, FW version, Auto Join and Network say?
If Send Interval is 0, the change it with the AT command [ATC+SENDINT]*RAK10702 Indoor Comfort Node AT Command Manual | Documentation Center)
Below device is setup, but didn’t connect to the LoRaWAN server yet.
Once the device has joined the network, you should see a symbol in the top left (or right) of the screen:
