I have multiple RAK7268 devices installed, and some of them, when configured with MQTT, are not able to include TXInfo and RXInfo in the messages . What could be configured incorrectly in those cases?

Could you provide us with your MQTT integration settings? Also, is this RAK7268 or RAK7268V2?
What is the firmware version of the gateway?
