WisGate Edge Pro RAK7289 unable to add in WisDM

I configured the WisGate as a basic station, configured to connect in AWS IoT. It works fine. I have many other WisGate devices configured similarly. They all work fine in WisDM.

This one refuses to be added in WisDM. It says “Unavailable”.

In the logs, I can see the following messages:

Any idea what the problem is?

Where can I find the certificate used by WisDM? I’d like to check what could be wrong and compare with my working devices.
