Wismesh Tag wont flash Meshtastic

I am having issues flashing firmware. I bought this at Hamvention this year and had it flashed with Meshcore. I want to reflash it with Meshtastic, but when I try to copy the nrf_erase2.uf2, it starts and then gives me an error. I’ve gone into the Meshcore web flasher and done an Erase, and then back into Meshtastic and tried the same thing, tried copying the firmware-rak_wismeshtag-2.7.24.472b14c.uf2 file, but again it gives me an error. Once I’ve done this, neither Meshtastic nor Meshcore works on the Tag. I reflash the Tag with Meshcore, and all works again. I’d really like to switch to Meshastic since I have several other nodes. I wanted to play with Meshcore, but would like to switch back. Any help would be appreciated.

When the error shows, does the update didn’t really proceed? I get error sometimes on uf2 but the FW still gets updated.

On this issue, there is very little thing we can do here because we have no visibility on how switches on both projects can affect each other in a deeper level.

Flashing the erase FW should be the direct way to clear things out.

The SWD lines of WisMesh Tag is not accessible so if the bootloader code gets impacted in some negative way/s, it will hard if not impossible to recover it if really needed to do it via Jlink or RAKDAP1.
