I tried to install the device according to this document: RAK7432/RAK7434 Quick Start Guide | RAKwireless Documentation Center
but my rak serial port tool still got the result EVENT:7:OTAA_FAILED.
I want to know what step I did wrong or if I need to install anything else

Can you confirm if all the parameters needed to join via OTAA is correct?

Yes, I’m sure the information matches, I even used AT+FACTORY many times to reset and reinstall the Bridge but it still didn’t work.
