Can we use BLM15PD121SN1D in place of BLM15PD121SN1B because of parts unavailability for RAK3172-SiP part E1, E2, E3 in schematic ?

Or which part is recommended for use in place of BLM15PD121SN1B for 120Ω@100MHZ?
