I update wrong firmware on RAK7201V2 with RAK_Device_Firmware_Upgrade_Tool_v1.4.
Can someone send me the guide how to unbrick?

You have to access the internals of RAK7201 then you have two options: (1) use Jlink, RAKDAP1 or other external debugger/programmer that works with STM32WL or (2) use UART pins then use STM32CubeProgrammer.
You can upload this hex file which contains both bootloader and application code - RAK7201_V2.0.6_APP_BOOT.hex (586.1 KB)
For first method, you can easily see the SWD pins for connecting your debugger/programmer.
For the second method, you need the UART2 pins then manually pullup the BOOT pin then reset. So for me, I soldered a pin there then connect it to V+ of the supply.
