i connect RAK8212 to windows via USB and I see in device manager
Silicon Labs CP210x USB to UART bridge
i open port at 115000 and cannot write any command
Please explain how can i connect UART? to RAK8212

RAK8212 has only one UART and it has been used to connect with BG96, so you can not connect RAK8212 with your PC through UART.
In our latest firmware of RAK8212(M), we supply a method to send AT command to RAK8212 or BG96 from Nordic mobile APP over BLE.
