Is there a quality control?

We have recently purchased 10 pieces of RAK8212-M from an Italian supplier. At the time 3 were found to be non-functional.
In two it does not turn on the modem. One does not work the blue LED and there is no communication with the modem.

Just like an update. Another of the devices tested. after 24h stopped working, the modem no longer turns on and warms up.

Hi Stefano, We checked the serial# and engineer need call back the hardware to check, I will email you for the proposal.Also,we will hold all stock now before we have clear Inspection report.
