J-link error, failed to connect, could not establish a connection to target

Hi
All

I keep getting the failed to connect to error
I have checked all the connections
and wiring

One thing I find weird is that I don’t get this error in J-flash 4.9 but after it connected in j-flash 4.9 I get the ram check error but in any other version I keep getting the

failed to connect, could not establish a connection to target
error

Please can someone help
