Hi @ganesh.shelke ,

Regarding the LCTT testing, can you please provide details on the test - configuration and result? Does it pass others like Class A and only having issues on Class C? What Lab did you use and/or test equipment?

You can also send these details to [email protected] and include in the email that you talk to Carl in forum. So I can immediately take the ticket.

Dear Carl,
We have Already mail to [email protected] all these Details, for your information i am again sharing this .

I am writing to request technical assistance regarding the LCTT (LoRaWAN Certification Test Tool) certification process for our Energy Meter, which utilizes the RAK3172-T module.

Mandatory all tests of Class A are passed, But during the Class C Tests (Activation & Usage), we are consistently failing in the Error Test for Downlink. Our current setup includes a RAK7268 Gateway, with the module configured for Class C operation.

Test Results Summary

The device is failing to meet the required reception threshold for downlinks. Below are the observed statistics from our recent test runs:

  • Highest Data Rate (DR): Only 50 out of 60 downlinks received.

  • Lowest Data Rate (DR): Only 47 out of 60 downlinks received.

System Configuration- Module: RAK3172-T (Firmware Version 4.2.1)

  • Gateway: RAK7268

  • Device Class: Class C

  • Region: US915

For your reference we have attached configuration & test results.

Please support us to pass these tests.
