After sending these AT commands, AT always returns the same values regardless of the actual supply voltage:
AT+SYSV=?
AT+SYSV=3.306445OK
AT+BAT=?
AT+BAT=3.000000OK
I was expecting an actual VCC measurement

The AT+BAT is sensing the A0 with predefined expected voltage divider circuit based on evaluation board. It is also discussed here - Read battery_level like SYS_GetBatteryLevel() for RUI3 - #2 by carlrowan
