RAK3172-F (RAK3172-F-8-SM-I, STM32WLE5JCI6) — internal wiring for custom STM32CubeWL firmware

We run custom STM32CubeWL v1.6.0 firmware. For the RAK3172 we use your RAK3172_Low_Level_Development_v1_2_0

settings, proven in production. For the RAK3172-F, please:

  1. Confirm these are the same as the RAK3172: RF switch on PB8 / PC13 (OFF = L,L; RX = H,L; TX = L,H), RFO_HP only, DC-DC (SMPS inductor) fitted, 32.768 kHz LSE crystal on PC14 / PC15, PB12 frequency strap.

  2. TCXO: the VDDTCXO voltage the radio must set (1.7 V? 3.0 V?) and its start-up time.

  3. External 512 kB flash: part number, SPI peripheral and pins (CS, SCK, MISO, MOSI), and any power-enable pin.

  4. Any other GPIO used inside the module that firmware must leave alone.

  5. Low-level files (radio_board_if.c/.h, radio_conf.h) for the RAK3172-F, if you have them.
