RAK3172 flash memory block for user

Hi,
I need to write custom data to non volatile memory. Is there some block of data in RAK3172 which I can use without being affraid of rewriting something important?

In some forum post I found it should be this range 0x0000 to 0x7800. Where can I find this information?

The info for using flash as nonvolatile storage with RUI3 can be found here - System | RAKwireless Documentation Center. You can find in the docs the limit of size. And also depending on the chip you use.
