RAK3172 module AT+TIMEREQ not working

I work for an agro-tech company and we are evaluating the RAK modules for our next generation product.
I wanted to use the TIMEREQ command to maintain the time on our end device. But when I send the command to the RAK3172 module it returns back “AT+ERROR”.
I am sending “AT+TIMEREQ=1\r\n” string to the RAK3172 module and I am sending this command after the device has confirmed that it has joined the network.

Any idea or suggestions how I can make this work?
