What do you mean with “how can I get information related to RSSI and SNR data”
In Chirpstack the RSSI and SNR are shown in the Device Data and that’s it.
If you want to use, display or process the data you need to connect an integration to your Chirpstack LNS.
I am using Datacake a lot, but there are others like Ubidots, TagoIO, …
