Issue: Unable to flash firmware ast RAK7204 does not stay in boot mofr

Details: Again my RAK7204 stopped working and I decided to flash the new FW RAK7204_HF.p_rst.bin which restarts after a defined time. (BTW: I think when the RAK7204 flips to not working the battery get depleted in a short time, but that’s another issue not to be discussed here in this thread.
My problem is that I tried to follow the description to flash a new FW (which I did in the successful in the past now with FW 3.0.0.12.H.T the device does not stay in boot mode but reboots immediately without wait time into normal mode
Log after entering device:boot:
at+set_config=device:boot
Work in Boot mode now…

The issue is reproducible and prevents me for flashing the device, any idea, or same issue seen in the field?
