Hi, I’m having the same problem with my two Rak miners that I just recieve.
Please Help.
(Discord indicates: Warning: Server at discords channel limit of 500)

This is not the best place to do this. We are trying to avoid the forum flooded with onboarding requets (they are not technical issues, more logistic ones).

Same problem for me. I issued a ticket on Discord (Ticket-2175). Can you tell me how long it will take to resolve this?

I have the same problem with my miner. I tried contacting support on Discord, but I get “Server at discords channel limit of 500” when i try to create a ticket.
