For everyone with the same question/issue. This is what I just found on the Discord:
We are aware that a large number of you who have received RAK v2 hotspots from Cal-Chip this week are facing an error when trying to onboard these devices.
Unfortunately due to the national Chinese Lunar New Year holiday the hotspots have been delivered sooner than the team at the factory were able to prepare the onboarding data for.
We expect this to be resolved when the factory reopens early next week but are trying to speed up the process.
While the factory remains on holiday, we have managed to get data for most of the Hotspots which are now able to be onboarded. Please check the list to see if your serial number is listed. If you do not see your serial number we are still awaiting the onboarding data for your hotspot.
This remaining batch of serial numbers are expected to be processed on 07/02/2022. At which point we shall post an update and you shall be able to onboard your device. We appreciate your patience with us whilst we are resolving this matter.
So I guess we can hopefully onboard on Monday?
