I got a new rak3172 module and connected to the UART2 TO (usb to ttl )converter and monitoring in putty ,I was receiving “AT COMMAND NOT FOUND” Continuously ,i dint send any AT commands even though the “AT COMMAND NOT FOUND” is continuously sending from rak3172,i tried to update the firmware ,still the same issue

Did you check for a good connection to the RX and TX pins?
Is the GND of the converter connected to the RAK3172?
Which module do you mean? Is it just a module or a break out board? Do you have at least the minimum connection connected, apart from the UART / power supply, boot, reset pull up etc/. Which pins are connected and how? Can you upload your schema?
