Unable to install firmware after boot update. Timeout [SOLVED]

Issue:Firmware upgrade timeouts

Setup:Windows 10, Rak Firmware Upgrade Tool, RAK7204 Bootloader 3.0.2

Server:

Details:After succesfully upgrading RAK7204 to bootloader 3.0.2 it enters in boot mode, but when trying to install 3.0.0.12 the firmware update tool throws timeout and firmware update becomes impossible.

Hi @inakietxebarria,
Could you please make sure that after uploading the bootloader, you have removed the jumper between the BOOT pin and the VDD pin?

Yes, it is removed.

After removing the jumper press the reset button and also try to flash it with this tool.

Using this new tool fixed the issue. Thanks a lot for your help, the firmware is upgraded.
