I have 3 RAK3172-H Version:v1.0.2 May 26 2021, I want to update to the version RUI3, I am using STM32CubeProgrammer to 9600 baud, however it always gets the same answer:

The RAK function well with the AT conmmand. What I need to do for update to RUI3.

To upgrade to RUI3 you should use the STM32CubeProgrammer.
Our STM32CubeProgrammer Guide for RAK Modules shows how to flash the latest RUI3 version.
