WisDM / 7268 bugs-issues

Several Brand new Gateway (7268) cannot connect to WisDm :disappointed::disappointed::disappointed:

Tried everything ( Latest FW / LAN / LTe / Wifi to rule out network issues.
Factory Reset …
Tried everything in WisDM, Unassign, Delete, Recreate …
Some work fine some don’t

+1 upvote. We have many issues with the 7268 as well. Mostly regarding the LTE backhaul.

Thanks to confirm it.
7268 was rock solid up to 1.3.4 then started to have things not working. Looks to be fine with 1.3.8.
7268CV2 whatever version, even latest (2.1.5) is really unstable.
Also I can’t find any FW version to try downgrade, if ever anyone has some previous version would be great to supply link to them.

And BTW still waiting an answer from WisDM team :face_with_diagonal_mouth: :rage:!!!

Just in case someone have the same issue, the solved the issue:

Hi YO,
for those gateways with the 0x2180 error, please log in via SSH to the gateway and execute the commands:

RAK Admin: please reach us at [email protected] for any issues with WisDM!

This will force the WisDM cert renewal and will factory restore the gateway.
After that, you should be able to normally onboard the gateway to the WsiDM.
