I have an issue adding the RAK2171 TrackIT to Datacake
The GPS and location is not recognized
Any help please?

I had the same issue with my white tracker. The grey one sent gps data, but the white one never did. Not just Datacake, but Tago as well. Sent to tech support but no answer yet.
