Order Unfulfilled?

Greetings,

I placed an order for a RAK Gateway last week and have been monitoring the status of the order. My question is, does the fact it shows “unfulfilled” mean there is few weeks of lead time? or is the company on holiday and simply hasn’t managed to get to pending orders?

Received today minus mount brackets. Setting in the window ledge for now. Can’t get any PyCom garbage to connect to TTN through it.

Could you please give me more information. Gateway model, what pycom device you are using, Lopy4 perhaps ? We should be able to help, if we get more information :slight_smile:

I set it up about 2 hours ago. It has a GSM module but is using the wifi for the back haul. GPS antenna is not plugged in.

Hi @CoachAllen,

Did you go through the configuration procedure, choosing the right frequency, ttn as a server, etc.
This is done with the sudo gateway-Co fig command?

@Hobo yes indeed twice. I have switched to ABP and that still won’t work
