Don`t write the debug mode AT command and displays the Firmware Upgrade timeout.
try all board-rate or reset.
If you enabled binary mode, you need to switch back to AT command mode before you can update the device.
Sending AT+ATM should work, even if you are in binary mode. Please have a look into Switching Serial Operating Mode
